Port Kembla Pool

Port Kembla Pool is a stunning oceanfront saltwater swimming pool located in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, offering locals and visitors a refreshing alternative to beach swimming. Set right beside the beach and overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the pool boasts an Olympic-sized layout ideal for both serious lap swimmers and casual bathers.

It boasts a 50m Olympic Ocean fed Pool, an enclosed baby pool with a depth of 20cm and a learners pool for up to 5 year olds. The main pool has “beach styled” entry where you can walk into the pool, with a lagoon play area attached. Nearby amenities include change rooms, showers, and accessible parking, while the adjacent Port Kembla Beach offers more space for beachgoers and surfers alike.

After a swim, visitors often enjoy a stroll along the coast or head up to Hill 60 Lookout for panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding landscapes.
